Post Your Furry Friends...

Didnt realize I hadnt posted our newest kitter yet. We got her back in late September.
She belonged to an old lady in an assisted living home and they finally cracked down and said she needed to re-home the cat.
We have 3 cats now and a woman at the local shelter knew we liked to take in hospice cats occasionally and told us about her. So instead of her going into the shelter system we took her in. She's not hospice but is old, in the middle stages of kidney failure and has a heart murmur.
She is cranky on occasion to the others but is fitting in nicely now . We really like her!
We renamed her Sylvie. I think she is very happy here.

She's really into plumbing for some reason. Likes the sink, especially if you let the water run on a trickle. Absolutely fascinated by the toilet. She likes to sit on the sill of the shower and when you open the door she tries to get the water off the floor. I would have taken a picture but I doubt that a wartch would be appropriate in this thread :D

Ours like the sink, too. Trixie will make you turn on the tap.

Our latest adoptee. She was rescued from a hoarding situation by the SPCA. We're technically fostering her for 2 weeks but let's be honest, once we bring a dog home it stays. She's tiny and really underweight buts seems healthy otherwise. My daughter named her Lydia.

This is Sammy my 20lb Cat/dog he and the horse were good buddies, he would walk up to the fence and visit with the horse every day the goat never did like Sammy much, he would try and ram him, the goats hair would stand up on his back and he would start charging.

One day I was video taping them when the goat started at him again, I was blown away when I saw the horse first nudge the goat away with his head and when the goat came back charging Sammy, the dang horse kicked the goat with his hind legs 3 feet in the air to get him back.

If I get it, he will be my 6th shep. Nothing like them. Will probably be my last one, we'll get older together :D

Good dog so far, laid back. Had no training and was an outside dog. Got him a professional bath today, stunk like hell from the kennel. Me and Chicken Lady and the two dogs ate some pork last night and all of us have had the trots. Been a shitty day for all of us :(
Beside him is a pic of my last black shep laying in the yard. She was the best I ever had, so far.
