It seems the consensus is that we are going to do this! Realizing that the holidays are upon us, Christmas and New Years are right around the corner and the end of the month is looming, this one is technically going to be for January 2020. This was it'll give folks a few more days to get it knocked out.
So the way this works is, you shoot the drill, either post a video of you shoot it and/or pictures of your target. Give everyone your feedback of your impressions of the drill, what you learned from it and what, if anything you plan on working on in the future based on the results of the drill. It is going to be a lot easier to get specific feedback from folks if you are able to post video, however I realize not everyone will have the capability or be comfortable with doing that, and if that is the case, no biggie. The most important thing is that you are getting out there and giving the drill a shot with the intent to learn a little bit about your shooting, rather than just mindlessly punching holes on paper with no goal what so ever. Which is something we have all done at one point or another on the square range.
Anyhow, onto the Drill of the Month, the 5x5 Drill. Here is a great explanation of the dill from Lucky Gunner:

And the PDF version of the target:

I realize that they use three different sheets of paper with 6 circles to shoot the drill, however personally I plan on using one sheet to shoot all of the strings of fire, to save time and a couple of sheets of paper.
You all have until the end of January to post up your results, pics and/or videos of you shooting the drills. I hope everyone has a great time with it and this proves to be the great learning experience it is intended on being.
Stay safe, Gil
