The Beretta 92 has always been just a smidge too chunky for me to love.
Recently I've been reading alot about the Wilson Combat ULTRA-thin grips for the 92. Lots of "internet gun experts" seem to love them because they are super skinny.

Does anyone here have quality experience with these grips? If so, are they worth the cash? Do they make a huge change in the platform/pistol? Do they make it less of a chunky-thick? What do you think of them?

Thank you!

Oh yeah, I know it is mandatory to post pics with threads like this, so...

I'd kinda like ta see ol Kate, safety switches, I ain't at work, jus sayin...

I've got these thick rubber Pachmayr grips on my 92FS. I bought them about 25 years ago from this big sporting goods store along I-40 near Piedmont Triad International. I love those grips and how the pistol feels in my hands. Every single person that has handled and shot it has told me they wish the grip was narrower. Well too dang bad. It's my pistol and I like it.:D

The wilson thin grips are awesome and they do make a huge difference. Its only a few milimeters here and there that makes all the difference. Another cheaper way to thin out the 92 grip is to install factory vertec grips on a standard grip. $13 vs $80 for the wilsons. The centurion on the left is my carry gun wearing vertec grips. I have been running my personal 92's like this for years.
