sounds like a knife attack that ended with the attacker being shot and killed.

Add to that a car driving into the people on the bridge as well with an "unknown" number of people hurt.

What does it mean when the picture says, "vehicle mounts pavement"? Aren't vehicles typically mounting the pavement? Not being a smart ass here, I'm seriously trying to figure out what is meant by this statement.

In the UK, people of South Asian origin are far more common than people of East Asian origin; a bit different from the situation in the US. So while 'Asian' connotes East Asian to an American, it connotes South Asian to a Brit.

I was thinking same thing Asian boy don't look like any type Asian I ever seen. Guess it could be one of those south western Asians from way south and was way west of normal Asian groups
