High quality, low cost custom Cerakote applicator in Huntersville, NC

That MPX look awesome!!!!!!!!! I'm thinking my milled M&P slide might need to be done like that, we'll definitely talk when I drop it off. :)

For everyone else looking at this thread, I dropped off my shield slide and my friend's FS slide on Wednesday, picked them up Saturday. Roy does some great work, definitely puts a lot of care and attention into each job and I would definitely recommend him.

I know I'll be dropping off another slide and another friend will likely be having his M&P compact slide done.

Had to do some metal work on this Smith and Wesson Model 10, very deep scratches and gouges, to make it like new again. I also smoothed up the double action trigger to a butter smooth 8-1/2 lbs. Covered with Burnt Bronze and Cobalt 2 tone. The model 10 is one of my most favorite revolvers.

Great work!

How well does cerakote hold up. Asking as I have never had a weapon cerekoted before. When applied right, Does it wear off or chip?

Thanks!

I just wanted to make a little announcement:
My son will be taking much more of my time when school starts back up in the fall season. I'll continue to Cereakote guns but it will be on a smaller scale and turn-around time may be longer.

If you have some projects that are ready for Cerakote, drop me a message.

Hey, I recognize a few of those guns! Good to see you here, Roy! Let's not forget your best work yet.

Thanks @Magdump!!
Another trio of cans are spending a couple nights with Roy...to get a new color tomorrow! Won’t be black or grey. Really excited about getting these done.

Picked my stuff up from @Magdump this afternoon. I had three Form 1 silencers I Cerakoted myself several years ago. Tungsten Gray or something? I had an end cap strike on one of them recently so I got ECCO Machine to fix it and make me two more end caps. They’re pictured here...heat-treated 17-4. I also bought a used red dot recently that had a base somebody Cerakoted Burnt Bronze.

I have a color-coded system for calibers, for the most part. All my 5.56 stuff is black and all my 300BLK is FDE. I have three 300BLK hosts and thought I’d dedicate these Form 1 cans to those since ECCO recently recored them. Instead of formed freeze plugs they now have a full heat-treated 17-4 removable stack. The red dot is going on the newest 300BLK host, a 7.5” AR pistol. So I decided to have Roy Cerakote all of it in high temp air cure Magpul FDE.

Here are some before & after pics. I’ll wait a couple more days before reassembling the cans (pics are just the tube/ends) and mounting them. But I’m really excited about how they’ll all look.

Sun/lighting definitely plays a huge part in what shade of FDE you see.

This was the difference in an Arisaka finger stop that @Will sells already Cerakoted in FDE and the sight base in Burnt Bronze, which is why I had it redone as well.

Should’ve added this pic earlier. Here are the three silencers on their FDE accessorized hosts...
