Bloomberg Says He Wants To Ban Guns Holding More Than 3 Rounds

Yeah...Colion is in my book...

But guys...guys guys...seriously...I had this guy on facebook tell me that no one wants to ban our guns, so we really all just need to calm down, vote for Bernie, and wait for the mythological massively wealthy people to just pay for us. We are all meeting down at Salem Lake this weekend to snort some reefer and have the sex.

love snorting that reefer, but if you really want to get high, you should shoot it up.

Lets be honest, Bloomberg just wants to ban guns.

More specifically, I think he wants the power to ban guns. Being able to force people to do this thing would be the ultimate power trip for him. He has already discovered that money by itself doesn't give him all the power he wants.

This link on the OP is nothing more than feel good banter akin to a NRA money grab. Bloomberg is more dangerous than this Nior fellow can imagine but then we think Trumpet is on our side so anything is possible.

No way am I clicking on the Bloomturd.

Well if Ida bothered to read the thread ida known that. But it sure looks like a Bloomturd video in the OP.

Guys- I don't care if you're a Fudd, Black Rifle type, SASS, Black Powder/Muzzleloading type, IT IS TIME TO DROP THE DIFFERENCES AND WORK TOGETHER

The left is thinking it's time to go for all the marbles. Only 3 rounds is pretty much ALL of the guns made since before the Civil War. This is serious, my M77 holds 4+1, a Fudd bolt gun that would be illegal. In NJ, even black powder guns are considered firearms and are regulated as such.

From my post in the Black Powder forum which most of you probably don't read-
For those of you who disdain black powder shooting sports, get with the REAL program. We hang together or we hang separately. I have no dislike for black rifles and I expect nothing less from those with black rifles towards us. If the events in Richmond didn't send you a wake up call, you're past dealing with. Wake the Heck UP! Take a kid to the range and help turn the tide. Like it or not, the liberal dumpster fire CAN burn you regardless if you're a Fudd, a Black Rifle type or BP guy. We feel what we're doing with youth to be critically important to the future.

I found the reason for our own BoD tabling our youth shooting sports program, our "advisory counsel" is a closet liberal with an extreme, pathological dislike for the NRA. While I'm not a huge fan of the NRA, again, WE MUST STICK TOGETHER! If there's one thing the left does well, is a single mindedness when orienting on a goal. We freedom loving individualists are like herding cats. I've been aware of this for some time and as a result, I've made it a point to be on good terms with any in the shooting sports. I urge you to support those in other shooting genres even if it's not your "cup of tea". We need to stick together from now on.

IMO Bloomberg is one of the most dangerous unhinged dem primary candidates.

I just wanted to propose a small edit, because when your crazy stands out in the midst of a field of Democrat "candidates", you are really accomplishing something!

Who disdains black powder shooting sports? Is that a real thing?

Agreed on the sticking together part.

I used to shoot 3G, USPSA, IHMSA, IDPA, etc, but BP is my choice today. I've seen it at the range with the black rifle guys. The disdain is soooo apparent cause I'm not shooting an FN SCAR or other tacticool rifle. I have stuff like that in the safe, I just choose to shoot Civil War muskets.

The point still stands, we must band together, even with the Fudds as this will affect even them. We're not far off from what happened in VA with Mecklenburg and Wake counties pretty much dictating to the rest of the state. Wake just lost a range. We're one election away from Virigina.

So I have to ask. What is the take away from VA. People talk about and point to the recent VA election but no one seems to voice why it went the way it did. They site larger population centers etc which accounts for Blue wins in statewide elections which have often gone to the Dems in VA but does not explain the flip in the VA House and Senate. I keep seeing the talk. I keep seeing the rhetoric but I don't see a lot of concrete explanations for what happened and why it happened. IF we don't understand what happened there how can we prevent it here?

The point to take from this is to make darn sure you go vote. Make darn sure you stay in contact with your representatives and senators. Email don't cut it. Nothing says "I'm a real person" like a handwritten letter or show up to a town hall meeting. What does explain the VA flip is apathy. Look at R turnout in an off year election. Hopefully after the latest State of the Union address, it won't happen anymore.

I know we all have lives and jobs, but if we don't start making our voice heard over the libs, they'll think they can just waltz in on Bloombuub bucks and take over.

That would not leave many options if a firearm could only hold three rounds. I suppose I would have to carry more than one gun at a time.
I have heard that some (lefty) folks in NC law enforcement the CCW law to mean only one concealed handgun is allowed. The rationale is that the singular form used on the permit means only one.
Though I doubt anyone has ever been charged under this twisted interpretation.

I'd agree 100% that we, as a culture, have to work together. Thing is, it will require EVERYONE within their own "faction" to accept, in whole, the right enshrined in Amendment II.

I get it...everyone has their own penchant...whether it is flintlocks, bolt rifles with stocks that were once part of a tree or weapons/variants designed by Gene Stoner or Mikey Kalash. If dressing like Doc Holliday and skinnin' that smokewagon in weekend competitions makes you happy, I'm with ya. If you'd prefer to spend the day on the trap range with a $70,000 Purdey, go for it. If you wanna do mag dumps with your bumpstocked AR, have at it. ALL of that falls under the RTKBA and we are all in this together...so long as each of us understands the keeping and bearing of arms cannot be "cherry picked". Provided someone gets that, I'm with 'em...shoulder to shoulder.

What I refuse to do is work with someone who would knowingly and willingly toss another member of the culture under the Greyhound's wheels for some perceived "assurance" they'll get to continue their respective pursuit(s) of happiness...as Aldo Raine said, "Now that, I cain't abide." 1) Because their understanding / comprehension of the RTKBA is pretty shallow and 2) Trust issues...my gut tells me if I turned my back to them, they'd have no hesitation at all planting a blade between my shoulders if it might benefit them.

Using the bumpstock example, we have to stop throwing the antis a "bone" to appease them. Instead, we need to starve their asses out by saying, "Nope..no more. We are ALL standing firm on this and yall ain't getting another damned thing."

In my opinion, the bumpstock thing is a poor example. Full disclosure: I'm over 40 and I have a 1911 pattern gun so I might be a fudd.. Anyway the reason I say that is that bumpstocks (although they have a serious cool factor in which they increase the rate of fire) encourage the user to handle the firearm improperly. Where as a more properly designed device such as the binary trigger does not.

I think lifting the silly NFA restrictions on full auto should be the goal, personally. Doesn't really matter what I think unless a boatload of others feel the same way and do something about it.

Life is all about throwing bones to those that oppose you. MIght be bumpstocks. Might be that you want to get yourself that new rifle so you throw that bone at your wife. Whatever. It's all compromise.

Now I know that that was just an example. An example of how appeasement might be counterproductive to our cause. I'll tell you what though. Take the silly bumpstocks. Whatever, they were kinda neat, but I'd rather put the rounds on target a little slower. Emphasis on "on target". They're going to come for binaries next, and then probably AR pistols. I can see that happening for sure, because who realistically doesn't shoulder those. No one. So the pretty much unregulated ATF will ban any rifle caliber below a certain length or they will come up with some rule to make it illegal to own any of those parts. OH WAIT! They already have that. If I buy a 14.5" upper today without a lower to put it on that has a stupid brace on it and the ATF shows up tomorrow, I'm in violation of the law because I have the material to put together an SBR without the proper forms.

Oh yeah hang on. I forgot. It's totally cool if I shoot a 50 cal out of a semi auto pistol though. Think Desert Eagle....

The whole damn thing is broken. /end rant

Mike says at 5:35 when a guy breaks into your house don't point a gun at him, you think you can out shoot somebody?

Bloomberg needs to have a nice, piping hot cuppa STFU with a side order of crawl-in-a-hole-somewhere-and-disappear.
