That up in Hampton, isn't it?
Beats the crap out of me! My buddy drove so I dozed. It was right next to some McDonalds/Gas station place. Had to get my Egg
Mcmuffin on.
Got a college buddy that lives just outside Johnson City and Im pretty sure I've been by there.
Long ago, before that AR thing...
Btw...I do the steak, egg, and cheese thing

When you say FREE, surely you're not referring to NC...

Sorry for in advance for slight thread hijack but what are your thoughts on MI gun laws? Per my wife there is some sort of handgun permit/registery. She didn't seem to know many details and when I asked her family (dad is a small town Deputy) nobody seemed to be able to give me a straight answer. From what I gathered there is a registry that most people (esp in rural areas) ignore. Only reason I ask is I am trying to convince her to move back but don't want to deal with such matters. The area she is from reminds me a lot of what my hometown was like 20 years ago.I really don’t need to do that.
Sure, NC has more freedoms than CA but outside of that metric, or at least basing against the Constitution, NC isn’t a free state.

Thanks---I am somewhat familiar with MI gun laws but what I am confused about is the 'registration" actually is. From what I gather it seems similar like the NC PPP (pistol purchase permit) as opposed to an actual registry of what handguns someone owns. As bad as having to get a PPP is I have no intention of moving to a state where I have to register each and every handgun with the state.
I love Michigan.
I would not hesitate to ever move back, in a heartbeat, if I really knew the market would sustain itself.
Yes, there is a registry for handguns. I'd have to accept that if I chose to move back. Other than that, it's pretty much in line with NC.
I've killed deer up there with a 5.56 rifle, 5.56 pistol.
