Help me understand the appeal of a wheel gun made for a round made to get a semi-auto close to magnum level. I love 10mil, had up to 5 at one time, but I would rather a 357, 41, or 44 if I was going to carry a revolver.

I just know some dudes like 'em. I'm a .41 nut myself & would love a Clements .41Special. Practical? Probably not. Still want one, though.

I've been looking at buying a Charter Pitbull .40 and reaming the chambers out to 10mm. I've saw a couple that have been converted but I'm not 100% certain of the long term use of one.

Hard to explain but there’s something about the quick reloads that moonclips allow.
I had a 625 that I loved but was too big to carry. A 10mm GP100 loaded with .40 just really appeals to me.

Had the lgs look for the talo three inch, out of stock, price was 775.00 plus tax. Had them put it on the watch list, hopefully one will turn up

For reloaders, one appeal is that you can use the revolver to shoot any loads or bullets that end up not feeding or cycling a semi-auto. Normally you would just have to pull the bullets, but it is much more fun to just load them up in a revolver and shoot them out.

They’d make a great sidearm when deer hunting with a rifle. My 6” GP100 in my belt holster sometimes gets in the way when sitting in the blind.

I first shot 10mm in a Ruger Blackhawk... liked it immediately!
But I do feel that 41 mag is perfection for revolvers, an' 10mm is perfection for semi-autos.
My Smith 1075 and DWesson PM7 1911 are Tackdrivin' Tens...
But I have a Smith N Frame for each, 41 mag & 10mm, an' I love both of 'em!
They both hit steel more often than not, offhand at 200 yards. ;)
So, I can see enjoyin' a Ruger GP-100 in 10mm in the same way.
I have a 41 mag Trapper Marlin 1894, but I haven't had the itch for a 10mm carbine.
Dunno why...

Just putting that out there, if someone bought a GP100 10mm and didn’t like it, I have a 3” Wiley Clapp that I would trade...
