Smokey and the Bandit cars were 76s.
None from '72 on had enough power to pull a greasy noodle outta chicken's ass....
I have no reason to pull noodles out of a chickens ass.
I see what I mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!A blistering 270 HP?
Don't care, I'd still trim the beard down to a mustache and buy a cowboy hat if this were mine.Smokey and the Bandit cars were 76s.
I believe my Corolla has close to that.A blistering 270 HP?
With 77 model grills attached to them.Smokey and the Bandit cars were 76s.
Daddy always said that as wouldn't pull a wet strang out of a fat hogs ass. My old man had a million of em!None from '72 on had enough power to pull a greasy noodle outta chicken's ass....

Don't need a Big Block today GB!
That Small Block 392 (6.4) in that Mopar I just bought has 487 hp ad 470 ftlb @ 4000 rpm. Pretty nuts when you consider I still get 18 mpg overall. Damn fun!
I had a 67 sb Camaro that gave me 400 hp and 350 ftlbs with 7-9 mpg. Modern technology is just incredible!
That's why kids build such bad assed rice rockets with 4 cylinder motors making 6-800 hp and a "squeeze". Not my thing at all, but pretty frickin cool!

Yeah, that. When I first heard of this, I was flabbergasted:A SB is fine for the street. But the throaty rumble of a BB Chevy is music to the ears of any car man. And on the strip BB's shine. And those silly rice burners with their Maxwell House coffee can muffler tips are just silly & sound like a souped up sewing machine.
