Bert thought his drink tasted funny last night.

Don't need a Big Block today GB!

That Small Block 392 (6.4) in that Mopar I just bought has 487 hp ad 470 ftlb @ 4000 rpm. Pretty nuts when you consider I still get 18 mpg overall. Damn fun!

I had a 67 sb Camaro that gave me 400 hp and 350 ftlbs with 7-9 mpg. Modern technology is just incredible!

That's why kids build such bad assed rice rockets with 4 cylinder motors making 6-800 hp and a "squeeze". Not my thing at all, but pretty frickin cool!

A SB is fine for the street. But the throaty rumble of a BB Chevy is music to the ears of any car man. And on the strip BB's shine. And those silly rice burners with their Maxwell House coffee can muffler tips are just silly & sound like a souped up sewing machine.

Yeah, that. When I first heard of this, I was flabbergasted:
https://www.pocket-lint.com/cars/ne...gh-mustang-speakers-to-make-cars-sound-better
"Ford has admitted that its Active Noise Control system, as found in the 2015 Ford Mustang, pumps fake engine sounds through the in-car speaker system to replicate the growl of the older models."

WTH? They KNOW the sound people like to hear, and to fake it like that...puh-lease.
