A little bit ago has sold my suburban does for us it was just a vehicle and I had a friend who needed Something to get around in so I cut him a deal on it.
I couldn’t quite figure out what I wanted to replace it with so I sat down and made a list and the top three vehicles I had picked out we’re all Fords.
The first pic was an F250, the second pic was a excursion and the last pic was a fifth Gen bronco.
These weren’t in any particular order just when it came to pros and cons it was how they fell.
We took a trip to the To the beach a few weeks ago and I walked past a clapped out fifth Gen and realized that I really wanted one.
A coworker mentioned previously that he had one that he was wanting to get rid of that was in pretty decent shape. So that following Monday I made sure to hit him up and ask him questions about it.
After getting all of the details and realizing that at the price he wanted for it if it fell apart I could easily make my money back I decided that we were going to get it.
It needs a good cleaning and detail job there’s only one spot of rust on the entire truck the floors are 100% solid and the paint is in mostly good condition. It does have a 6 inch rough country lift with Bilstein shocks.
It also came with a full set of 32s on the original factory wheels and two milk crates full of spare parts from Napa. Hopefully if everything goes as planned I will get to take the kids out for ice cream on Friday with the top off.

Love those things, I wish I had gotten one as they were being discontinued.

A guy I know used to have a Bronco II of the same time period. They were... not as nice.

Yeah the twos were not near as nice, I figured with the way prices are going on this this was going to be probably my only chance to get a clean one that wasn’t 7k+

I’ve always loved those full size Broncos

That one is in very good shape. i’d like one in that era. No inspection next year. Yeah.

Those broncos sound awesome with dual glasspacks on them.

That looks pretty good for it’s age. I loved mine, have regretted selling it since the day it left my driveway.

The only issues I had were rust in the tailgate, window motor in the tailgate, and the rubber around the windows had to be replaced. I would love to have another Bronco at some point. I hope you get years of joy out of that one.

It’s does have one spot of rust in a front fender buts it’s a easily fixed spot, I’m just hoping a good cleaning and waxing will take it up a notch until I take care of that in a couple months

302 or 351?
302 married to an e4OD

That truck is badass personified. I want another one so bad.

The things I would do for that truck are better not thought of............much less expressed. lol
I stand by it being a 50footer, I started an instagram post pictures of it on there often.
It’s @bluebroncodad

That thing needs its OEM wheels back.
Once I lower it back down to only a 4inch lift it will get factory aluminum 15inch wheels with 33’s

I doubt I do a cb antenna just because I don’t have a cb.

I have a lead on a cheap factory top that is sitting on top of a rotten truck that I’m hoping to pick up. If I do I plan on cutting/modifying it into a summer/Bikini top so that way I can keep the trim in it year around and make for a cleaner look.

Why would you want to do that? That's like intentionally using CA compliant magazines or something.
Yeah Why Looks BA** the way i sits now.
Because we are planning on towing with it and 6inches of lift just isn’t helpful with that. Also between the gearing that is in and and the 35’s it is a dog on any kind of steep incline.
I’m not a looks guy, I need it to be useful first then look cool, we got this to pull a pop up camper and to make memories in. Truth be told if i had my way it would only have a 2” lift or so but with the modifications that were made I can only go down to 4” of lift
