Here it goes again.
A couple years back I replaced the gas cap, Vapor canister purge solenoid, and vapor canister vent solenoid.
Just checked the purge solenoid on the engine block. Just checking here, if the purge solenoid will not hold a piece of paper on the vacuum line it's still working correctly. I think that's right. When it goes bad the vacuum runs all the time so it holds. Wanting to check here before I go buying parts I don't need, again.
Gas cap also seems to be working fine. Still clicks and is on tight.
Any ideas on testing the vapor canister vent solenoid? It's a bit tougher to get to since they were nice enough to put it on top of the gas tank.
Of course, it could be a bad hose that's leaking too. Pretty much the code is worthless for telling you what the problem is, just that you have a problem.
