Do like this fat guy does. Get in it and stretch it, then adjust. I’ll never sleep in a tent again.
 
Double wides are part of the problem, usually they are really short as well. An 11' hammock with a 108 - 110" ridgeline allows a diagonal flat lay and the set is repeatable each and every time.

What all hammocks are you folks bringing? Y'all are welcome to try out my Warbonnet Blackbird if you're wanting to try something with a footbox for a good diagonal lay. It holds my fatass and my 35lb Aussie up all night just fine. Even has a shelf for the 10mm.

Edit: liking this post means I assume you'll be getting in it with me.

It will be nice to meet some more of the wives and girlfriends. It's weird being the only visiting woman among a bunch of guys.....not that I don't like seeing all the guys and shooting with y'all....but, you know what I mean.
 
We did have several wives and one or two daughter's there last year.

Y'all are so lucky I no longer have one of my ex-wife's old sun dresses & a Wendy's wig.
 
I just found out that my, like a brother, friend and FFL from Texas is donating some door prizes for our meet and greet. I know for a fact that we will be giving away some nice gifts to some lucky ticket holders. Just another reason for you to be there.

She doesn't usually carry a purse.
I wish she would at least try it though, because she has yet to find a method of carry that works for her.
Therefore she hasn't even been carrying much lately.
