Ran my second all-steel match with the Ruger PC Carbine today, and it wasn't as smooth as the flawless first. I had two double feeds (same mag though so maybe that mag is funky) and the front handguard rattled loose after the 3rd stage. It's not lock-tighted on, probably need to fix that.

Zero drama with the optic (primary arms).

No failures to fire/eject with wolf 115gr.

User errors included not seating the mag correctly on the last stage, so my lightning fast reload resulted in me getting to do it again... with a smaller mag. Didn't run out of ammo on the stage though, just slowed down a bit to make sure I wasn't missing the steel. The trigger reset it nothing like my G34 so I kept thinking it wasn't cycling, but it was, I just had to let it reset correctly.

On one stage I was in a bad position and couldn't lean to the left enough to hit one piece of steel around a barrel so I bumped shoulders and did it that way. Hadn't tried that with it yet and it was pretty easy to do.

Overall it's a fun gun to run fast and I'll be ready for it's 3rd match. It does need a cleaning though, the course was kinda muddy today and the mags were feeding that grit into the rifle, er, carbine.

As configured with a little finger stop up front and the charging handle on the left with the mag release so I can drop the mag with the palm of my left hand, insert the new mag and run the bolt if needed without losing a firing grip.
