I know why I stopped shooting 40 caliber. It is a PIA to run the brass through the resizing die.

These rounds were shot in a 3rd Gen 23. All my 40s have been run through the Lee resizing die before reloading them. The question that I have is, after shooting a 3rd generation Glock 23, would you run the brass through the Lee die. I use a set of RCBS dies to reload them.

If you are having issues, try switching to a Lone Wolf barrel. I use one in my G23 for lead bullets and haven't had any issues resizing with Lee dies. .40 is actually not a bad caliber to load because nobody reloads the round so you can get tons of brass for free.

I reload .40 but not from a Glock. If the 'smile' bulge is present, then I would chuck the brass. But anything less than that, the FL resize plus Lee FCD will set the brass back to where it should be.
