I shoot mostly blue bullets or just plain lead in 45 but I’d like to pick up some 230gr FMJ to more or less replicate a milspec ball load.

I have plenty of brass, primers, and powder.

Who has good deals on 230gr FMJ projectiles these days? Would Blue Collar up in Statesville have these at a decent price? Maybe online would be cheaper?

I haven’t bought much in the way of supplies since before COVID so I’m a bit out of touch.

Thanks!

My go-to’s for 45 are RMR and Extreme (if you can find a sale/coupons).

American Reloading is hit or miss on availability since they do mostly pulls and blems but I’ve had great luck with their bullets, mostly 9mm fmj.

Try Everglades ammo. At times they have some great deals as well as Zero Bullets. A lot of competition shooters are using the zero 185gr JHP

Everglades and RMR are two of my go-to suppliers. RMR is making FMJ bullets in-house now, but I don't think they have 45 caliber yet.

Zero bullets are sold through rozedist.com. They have 230 FMJ in stock right now.

Another vote for RMR and Everglades. With a def preference for RMR when I can. And their prices are usually a bit better.
Then there's the lil notes somebody's youngin puts in the box at RMR.
I just really like that. 🤣😎

I usually direct from Xtreme if Cabela's doesn't have it. Runs 69-89 a box of 500.

I have loaded thousands of Precision Delta 230 grain FMJ bullets and have been very pleased. Those and lead bullets I cast are about all I shoot in 45 Auto these days. I have not compared their prices with other makers.
