Yes, the only difference is the barrel. 6.5cm is basically a necked 308.
If you have any platform in 308, fitting a barrel for 6.5cm to it does the job.
Just like 300bo. Any 223/5.56 platform is a barrel swap away from running 300bo

To add to @Trevillian the Grendel needs the barrel, bolt, and mags.
6.5C is a big frame gun, so it will go onto the AR10. That is a barrel swap only. It is too big for the -15 frames.
