Agreed, but those who enjoy it really seem to enjoy it - myself included. Even PSA can't keep their new and somewhat questionable quality 74s in stock for more than a few minutes.
 
Well. 545 of each barrel length, and already gone off the site.... something tells me these are all looooong gone.

Pretty neat though. I LOVE my ACE in .308.
 
I just want an ACE in 5.56 that takes the old style Galil mags.

If they are only going to make 545 of these, thatā€™s not gonna be good for price.

Mine's here, along with another long gun that's been stuck in shipping limbo for two weeks because my regular FFL went on extended vacation. Rerouted the first gun and had this ACE shipped to another FFL. Both arrived today ... annnnnd this shop is closed. Owner had to travel out of state until Friday for a funeral.

My condolences. Pardon the ill-timed pun, but this wait is killing me.

On the plus side, atleast You KNOW it is waiting on you to pick it up now, rather then it being in shipping limbo.

What is a few more days wait for such a truly cool rifle?

Quick out-of-the-box pic. This thing is a real beauty. A few minor but noticeable changes/improvements from my ACE 7.62x39 rifle. When I get some spare time and a few more goodies in the mail, I'll sit down and do a side by side if anyone is interested.

Can't wait to run some rounds through it!

I love it. I have not really been into the previous ace rifles but the new 5.45 versions have my full attention.
 
I just ordered a kns plastic delete kit, kns skeleton folder stock, MWI rail and my ace thanks to i great member of this forum came with the kns adjustable piston. Iā€™ll post pics once it all comes in just wish I could find a ALG trigger in stock.
 
I really hope they decide to bring in more of these or just make more stateside. I would totally be down to buy a pistol
