8.6 Creedmoor or 8.6 BLK or 8.6 Blackout?

I've got a buddy already telling me I need this.

Imma say I'm good, for now.

Yeah, I’m good.

Well, I’ve got an AR10…everything but the barrel…sitting and waiting on me to do something with it. Already have a 308 AR10 and I’m not looking at anything like a 6.5C. Sounds like this may be an option, seeing as you just need barrel and ammo (like 300 blackout for 556). Faxon making barrels and Gorilla making ammo are two pluses. Seems Q has done quite a bit of testing and real world application (hunting) with it.

I might be the test pig here and it wouldn’t be the first time! 🤣 Guess the worst case is I’ll be out the cost of a barrel and some ammo if it doesn‘t work out. We’ll see…

Freaking metric system. 😜

For when you need to put a brick sized hole in someone/thing while doing it quietly... I mean, if you reload for it, it could be fun!

Similar in energy with lighter bullets. This will be a larger platform for a cartridge similar to the 300 blackout. With heavier bullets, 300 grain or heavier subs that should produce 750ish pounds of energy. It has the fastest twist rate of any rifle barrel i have heart of....1 in 3 or 1 in 4 twist rate.
With lighter bullets , much more energy for hunting and its a 338 caliber. That twist rate is insane.

Yes, it feels like every week someone is just necking some other cartridge up or down and “bringing out a whole new cartridge”, but this time, it is really a game-changer.

Was gonna post a “Game changa - neva been done befo” Will Hayden pic, but I’ll be damned if I’ll post a pic of that incestuous pedophile, even in a meme.

130 years ago, the 7x57mm Mauser nearly perfected the rifle cartridge.
128 years ago, the Swedes improved it to perfection with the 6.5x55mm Swedish.

I'm tired of the industry and riflemen pretending otherwise.
