Watching the video, couple of points
1. Old guy was fumbling with gun when he took it out of coat, Manager could have grabbed it.
2. Old man fires round into wall/computer monitor. He flinches at shot, 3rd person back there that leaves.
3. Women goes behind him to leave. She is taller and heavier and within one foot of him. She could have tackled him.
4. Manager could have tackled or fled when old man looked at women leaving.
5. Manager did not have the fight or flight instincts as he just laid there and got shot twice.
6. Cop charge into gun shots fired. (body cam)
7. Cop shot straight but glass does sometime deflect bullets. Old man was struck but glancing blow.
8. Cop orders man to drop gun which he does and then cop takes him down with one hand.
