As much as it burns me to do this I don't have a choice but to sell my 97 LX450. Just dropped a boat load on motorhome repairs and medical bills. Sucks but oh well.....Here are the details. Last year of the FJ80 which has solid front and rear axles.

    97 LX450 - Champagne Pearl
New Factory Lexus valve cover gasket
New Factory Lexus spark plug gaskets on valve cover
    New Factory Lexus TB gasket
    New Factory Lexus AC Dryer
New Factory Lexus PCV valve and hose
New drivers side window motor and arm (has auto down feature)
New 6.5 Pioneer speakers in doors (all 4)
Tires are like new (maybe 5-6k miles on them)
    Antifreeze flushed with new
    Everything works except power antenna
Has the factory Lexus phone (Gordon Gekko style lol)
    6 disc changer
    Tow hitch
PHH bypass already done so it's good for life
    Doesn't use oil
Runs like a champ with no issues
Has CDL switch mod for locking differentials
    Sunroof works with no issues
Except for the front seats needing to be covered the interior is very nice. Back seat is in great condition & have 3rd row seats.
Husky floor mat in cargo area
248k miles (if you know these then that number isn't high)
    Roof basket NOT included
    New rear hatch shocks
Spark plugs and wires 15k miles ago
New Brakes all around about 15k miles ago
3rd row seating (like new seats)

The bad is simple. Has a red front passenger fender where previous owner ran off the road and cliped a cable. NO frame damage, just the fender and a plastic panel piece off near the bumper. It's old so obviously it has a salvage title due to the cost of the fender work. I actually have original panel pieces and new bumper valience for the signal lights. I have it removed as I was planning to have a paint shop paint it next week (before my 3k motorhome repair bill hit). Its always been a NC and SC vehicle so NO rust issues. Anyway, it's a tank and drives silky smooth. Makes me sick to let her go but priorities are priorities so that's the way life rolls. I will take 3,700k FIRM or 3K and nice firearm trade (11/4 update) for it to keep it simple. I obviously have much more invested in it than that. Have title in hand. These continue to go up in value as well and it's priced cheap for a quick sale. Truly an amazing off road beast that rides like a fine luxury vehicle. Typical Lexus quality so interior is tight without the rattles or squeaks. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this to Alaska tomorrow if I could. This model year does NOT have a timing belt either. Definitely reliable to say the least.

Ttt. May entertain a small gun trade if it helps.

Center with the CDL push button mod so it can be locked in high range. If it was triple locked it would be the deal of the century lol. Thanks for the interest.

Forgot to add it has had new brakes installed all around in the last 5k miles and spark plugs were done about 15k miles back. Differential fluid (front and rear) and knuckles greased in the past 500 miles.

One more bump. Can't believe this one is still here but it is. AC does need to be recharged. Had it done by the dealer back on February but it needs another refresh as of this week. Compressor is good (ran enough r134a in a can to check the compressor and ran ice cold with correct cycling). Haven't had time to run it back to the dealer to put some fresh r134a in it yet.

That being said I will do $3700 cash FIRM final mark down or $3000 and a quality firearm trade. That's for dealing with the hassle of taking it back to top of the AC and you keep the change. I'm eating all the cash I can on this one at this point-:(. Someone will get a heck of an overland vehicle for cheap. All the maintenance has been taken care of. Forgot to add in the original post new brakes all around, plugs, wires, distributor cap, front and rear differential fluid, knuckles greased, tires rotated. Top off the AC and drive the darn thing to Alaska for me since I can't lol.
