Got my stamp on Friday and put the finishing touches on the build today.

6" overall length almost entirely Titanium

SDTA "D" titanium tube
SDTA direct thread Ti mount
SDTA Ti end cap bored to 27/64" (.421)
Ti spacer materials
VSRs are Ti by Del-West. They have a .490 opening, so a bit over bore, but the price and weight were right!
Valve spring is the only non-Ti component. It acts as the blast baffle and I really like how it lets me compress everything.

Rough cut the spacers using a band saw, then trued them up on the lathe.

Total weight is 14.02oz

Took a bit longer than expected to finish today, so I haven't shot it yet.

I need to get a lathe to finish mine right... I can do it with the drill press but a metal lathe would make it easier to do accurately...

I did not. I'm going to see how it goes as is and may modify down the road. I also have a supply of formed freeze plugs that I could have used.

of course, I would never consider swapping the FPs now that I've completed the build as that would be verboten.

Much easier and cheaper to have a buddy with a lathe!

I only asked because of the shape of your plugs. Mine are shaped differently and I was thinking I should taper them and drill out the back some to add volume, cut weight, and disrupt the air a bit more potentially...

How do you like that lathe? I have been throwing around the idea of getting one for my own turning of storage cups and what not.

It's not mine, but my buddy seems to like it well enough.
