Includes any pistol with a threaded barrel? Is that arshat trying to make suppressors unusable?
The FNX45 Tactical and any other pistol with a threaded barrel is an "assault weapon."
And don't you dare put a forward grip on the lower rail of you FNS9L.

ROFLMAO

(Edit) "That's what he said!"

She needs to shoot herself.

Tyrants rarely have the courage to do it themselves, and the Tree doesn't water itself.

Look folks - Our Rights come not from the government or its laws, nor revered but fading sheets of parchment still on display as religious relics in the National Archives.

Our Rights come not from the mouths of petty tyrants or benevolent dictators, nor kings, nor senators - they are not born of the words of mortal men, but are the awesome gifts of Almighty God- inalienable from our humanity, and as such are beyond the just and moral authority of mere men and women to infringe.

That said, we each face a choice. You, me, our children - all must decide whether we stand as Free Men and Free Women or kneel as slaves. The choice is that serious, and the is of that level of importance.

The State, with its bloated sense of worth that comes from these arrogant, self-serving politicians and the degenerate, encrusted banditti that surround them demands supplication and obedience. Failure to kneel is met with men and women with guns, empowered by the State to violate your Rights under the color of law - which most will do without question and then claim their actions are the paradigm of virtue.

So let this pass or not pass. Let them repeal the Second Amendment.

My Right to Life and to Protect that Life through Arms remains - as does yours - because they predate governments of men.

I say light up the phones, send emails, write a real damned letter. Do what we must to prevent its passage. But if in the end, the State serves itself instead of the People, we ignore its decrees. For without our willing consent and our willingness to be disarmed, they cannot truly force us to do jack sh*t - we must be persuaded and convinced.

Unfortunately, if it comes to that, honorable men and women will be forced to make good on terrible Oaths.

@SPM Next thing you know, you'll be declaring yourself a sovereign citizen. You already talk like one. :D

I say we take away her armed guards and put her in the bad part of LA and see how long she lasts.

Aside from the foolishness of it all, I had to think about the multimillions down the toilet to pay lawyers to write and define all that drivel.

What do they care? It's just money stolen from the people and that's a near limitless supply.

I need to find the quote but I believe it was George Washington that said the people should disobey any unconstitutional laws, Shall Not Be Infringed.

It was Thomas Jefferson....and Martin Luther King, Jr, for that matter.

I once tried to Google "Feinstein" to find the quote she made about passing the ACA to see what was in it. [Turns out it was Pelosi anyway.] Google suggested "Einstein" for "Feinstein." I just said, no, no thanks.

Maybe I’m wrong but it seems to me when they go for an all out ban like this bill it lessens the likelihood it will pass. If they introduced a bill right after Vegas that specifically targeted bump stocks and 100 round mags that probably would have passed easily. But they just can’t help themselves they have to go for the full ban.

Don’t get me wrong, I do not support any firearm legislation whatsoever but when I see a broad reaching bill as this one I think it will be easier to fight than a smaller more specific bill.

There for I can have any weapon that I want and no need to ask permission.

Queue the crowd that goes on about picking and choosing which "laws" to obey in 3, 2, 1 ....

There for I can have any weapon that I want and no need to ask permission.
That's pretty much how it used to be and the way it should be now. It can be again, but it will take more than begging our self proclaimed rulers to give up power they've wrongfully claimed for themselves.

I think Feinstein and company go for an all out ban knowing damn well it has no chance to pass. Republicans did the same thing with repealing Obamacare, they voted bunch of times on repealing Obamacare knowing that obama will veto the bill and couldn’t pass Obamacare repeal in the senate when they knew Trump will sign it. Same shit will happen with tax reform....

She proposes this nonsense every year. Pretty sure she even proposed it during the AWB. Not saying it isn't important to take note, but it doesn't change that this is nothing new from her.

I doubt that. Any rep of mine that voted for it would have lost me forever.
