This is a good video interview (YT) with Fred Galvin, former Marine officer and CO of a MARSOC team, who was accused, along with his team, of mowing down an Afghani village while drunk, killing civilians to include women and children.
I do not know him or anyone on his team, but I know some guys who knew some of those guys, and nobody but nobody believed any of this happened. But he and his team were railroaded in a travesty of justice, eventually exonerated, Galvin also wrote a book, A Few bad Men, about the incident.
