A good friend asked me to Laser etch a Kershaw he bought to use as his EDC Knife. He is part owner in a local gun shop and that is the reason for the 2nd Amendment etching.

Knowing nothing about laser etching, if you did something on a satin blade would/could it be black on the satin surface??

Yeah, it can, kind of. I won’t call it a dark black because at angles it will look dark brown.
