Anyone do this yet? Curious what your results have been.

I’ll post some up in 4-5 weeks. Have an old aac 762 sdn6 with a bullet-stricken final baffle that I just sent in to be transformed into a ranger 7. Should be nice to have direct thread and save 3-4 ounces…
 
I’d probably still send it to ECCO Machine for a rework.

I didn’t see a price on AAC’s website. I’m assuming it’s not a free service?
 
It was $525. That gives you a lifetime warranty as well, but that doesn’t give me tons of faith considering the company already changed hands once.

I wanted this route due to the baffle strike I had and fact that this gives me a whole new baffle stack with slightly over-bored diameter
