The Holosun 509T looks like a very promising alternative to the ACRO for anyone who wants to closed emitter; much better priced too. Aaron Cowan has a review out on it now, and sounds like he prefers it to the ACRO.

I did watch MrGunsandGear’s video and the battery life was disgraceful. He said daylight bright was setting 8 I believe, and that only lasted 9hr. They advertise setting 6 but when you go up to 7 it dropped drastically.
