I ordered $160 worth of Omaha steaks yesterday because I could never get any from the stores, can't wait for that to show up at my door!
 
Salt, pepper, olive oil and the heat from a hardwood fire/lump of charcoal. These are the only things allowed to touch steak before my tongue. Anything more than medium rare is a disservice to the steer who it came from and the man who dedicates his life to feeding the rest of us.
 
Well I have to say I do enjoy my air fryer but there's something about cooking a steak in it that just feels wrong to me. Not bashing or anything. It looked good. I'm pretty die hard charcoal, so much so that if I acquire another grill or smoker I might be paying alimony. Then I couldn't afford steak.

Air fryer home made pizza. Used Naan bread, marinara, sausage , pepperoni, sweet pepper, green olive, mozzarella, and parmesan.

390 for 8 minutes, could have gone for 7.
 
@BBD280 kept sending me pics of air fried steaks. Sounds dumb. My wife bought a Ninja XL. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like a waste of money and counter space. Even with XL status, there doesn't seem to be enough room in it to cook anything in any quantity that I want to eat.

I guess we'll see once we try something in it.

Making such a strong statement without anything to back it up is considered unmanly.
Man up and explain yourself.
Also, you are not qualified to question it if you never did it.
You can have an opinion but if it is based on nothing factual then you can be considered a liberal.

I don't have to back up my opinion, it is my opinion.
My opinion is no red meat was intended to be air fried... That just seems like something that got started in San Francisco, but if it's your thing, the left coast is still there for ya.
