Animal Processing (Kill it and Grill it) access request thread

Gotta start somewhere.
I have definitely seen my fair share of entrails.

Started cleaning rabbits and pheasants at around 7 years old, think I gutted my first deer at 12. Fish at 6 or 7.
Been killing and grilling for a long time.

Time to pass it on to the grandkids. :D

Will we be getting cleaning and grilling tips for fish too? Either way I'd like to come in the room to watch and learn from some of the knowledgeable folks on here.
