Another happy Hi-point thread

Well, come to find out we are going to be shooting at 100 yards and obviously a dot sight isn't going to work. So, I mounted a very nice parallax adjustable 12X on the plastic and gave it a go at 100 yards. lets just say, accuracy wise, the results were dismal. Since all the High Power carbine sharpshooters were using factory ammo instead of my Dillion 115 and 124 reloads? Im going to give it a go with some factory stuff and see what happens.

My carbine is accurate enough at 25 yards to bust clays. I've never tried it at 100 yards, but 9mm is sort of hitting the wall at that distance.
Might try for 100 next time I take mine out just to see what it can do.

Back from the range from shooting the High point at 100 yards using my gun bag as a rest. I can say that I'm pleasantly surprised.. I went and bought some factor ammo and the accuracy was better then my Dillion reloads. The test ammo was Winchester 115 FMJ and Federal 124 FMJ.. At 100, the 115 shots about 8 inches higher then the 124's and not nearly as consistent left and right. The 124's shot really well and would consistently hit clay birds one after another and if it did miss? It wasn't by much. I'm pretty darn impressed and that was a whole lotta fun.
