Any Browning Hi Power fans on the forum?

Here we go.........................

Looks like a T series due to the ring hammer, smaller thumb safety and half moon front sight. Looks to have some honest wear but in good condition. Wood grips look original or at least period correct. T series pistols were manufactured between 1964 -1973. Nice gun enjoy it.

If I do I will give you first shot at it, but I have to try her out first and see what it can do. Hopefully I will get some time this weekend.

I doubt you will want to get rid of it once you shoot it. I've been looking for a Hi Power of a particular vintage so I can pretend it was one that went to Rhodesia. Yours just looked like it might work.

Something from the 60s to mid 1970s. Preferably ring hammer. Would really like to find one with the black fiber grip panels, but I have a set of those and can change them out.

I won one last night in an auction. From 1968, I think. Won't know till I get it if it will scratch the itch.

Also looking for the right FAL to pair with it. :)

Wouldn't turn my nose up at a 50s gun, either, if it looked "right" and wasn't too pricey.

I only have one but if I could only have one handgun this would be it.
(I would've done this sooner but I couldn't figure out the pics lol. I finally went back to tapatalk.)

I have several Browing HP's that I bought in the 60's, 70's and 80's. That's all I know about them other than they were used and picked up around Ft. Bragg. Guess I need to dig the out again and look at them.

Yes. We need pics and details! You just might have a gem or two in there.
