I found this at a local shop with zero mark-up, so I decided to pick it up. I was surprised since another local shop which doesn't typically mark up firearms to gouge prices, did on this particular item since they identified it as being a "limited production" item.

Hope the second series of this little firearm go up in value too. I've seen them routinely sell for over $600.

Am I looking at something different? What I see on line is $200 to $250. Where is $600 coming from?

I have not see the break top version before. Still $600? ... LOL! no.

You should search for NAA Ranger, as the Ranger model is a limited production model (I believe they produced about 500-600 in the first series).

The first series has some people asking close to $3k for them. One of the first series sold a week ago for over $1100. That's not a bad return on something that routinely costs under $400 if they aren't marked up.

The one interesting thing about this model is the Schofield reloading design.

I always wanted one of those, but too much for what it is.
