Any reloading data for this

Not 100% sure about that exact bullet, but AA 1680 seems to be the Go To Powder for Subsonic 300 BLK. I would look at 10-11 grains to start.........Make your own data.

Other powders, start at 7/BlueDot , 8.5/LilGun

These should put you in the ball park, adjust from there if need be.

I did this work up off the Hodgdon website. They are showing jacket bullets in 208 and 220 grn. I took the average load and velocity the 95% of that number because my bullet is a lead bullet.
Any thoughts?

Absolutely.... you can start with any of those as well. Give it a go. Not going to run into issues with those loads. The CFE BLK is good stuff, it is similar to AA 1680, and no FLASH. Sometimes AA 1680 in some cartridges has a tremendous fireball. We switched from AA 1680 in 358 MGP to CFE BLK and got really good results. What you have there will be fine, pick and choose..........

Just loaded 20 of each using Missouri 215 FL lead, CCI 400, OAL 2.185

Lil Gun 7.9 1000 ft/sec
CFG BLK 11.3 1000 ft/sec
H110 8.7 1000 ft/sec
IMR 4227 9.5 950 ft/sec

I am not going to be critical of the accuracy out to 50 yards but going to take a couple sound meters to measure the DB levels. Also, making sure that they function in both the AR pistol and carbine. This is a harder bullet to load and I am not sure why.

I think that is off to a grand startup. You have several choices and see what functions, go from there. Very Excellent.

I really like IMR 4227 for subs in the 300BO doesn't matter if they're lead or jacketed projectile it works for me. I've been happy right around the 10.0 grain mark with coated lead, 4227 sounds better to my ears than 1680 too.

Mark sure to flare the case mouth a little with any lead bullets especially flat base like those.

@Clicker I am using the Lyman M dies to flare the cases. I think that I might go back to jacketed bullets because it is a pain in the ass to flare them. I like the 2 dies setup but I can be lazy.

These speeds, are they what you got or projected?

I think (I’ll have to check) but with 9grs H110 and a 220gr Serria RNFB soft point, I was getting 960fps out of a 16” barrel suppressed.

Those were est. that I thought I could get out of a 16" barrel and maybe 10% less out of a 10.5" barrel.

While in the quest for a 300 BO to shoot through a can that I do not have yet I decided to try some Berry 300 BO 220 gr. Spire Point bullets. Max velocity stated on the box is 1,300 ft/sec.
Anybody tried these? They cost about .25 each before shipping.
