Any used one of these buffers?

same thing as the armaspec and JP. I don't see the need to change stoner's proven design but if the 'sproing' sound bothers you then I guess it's cool.

I can see a similar one needed on a blowback AR like the 9mm pistols and such, because you can tune for less recoil and faster lock time. This one isn't for 9mm according to the link.

Not that particular one but I have shot the one JP Enterprises makes and they are honestly amazing! The ones JP sells are tunable via different spring weight and they change the recoil impulse dramatically when setup properly.

A buddy of mine has the JP version in a suppressed .300. Blk SBR and the rifle doesn’t really move, the way he has the gun tuned and with subsonic ammo it almost feels like the action is dragging and the recoil feels super sluggish and slow as if you will out shoot the action if you run the gun too hard, we’ve tried and haven’t been able to induce a malfunction.

His 5.56 rifle with the JP kit and an adjustable gas block honestly has to be shot to be believed, my BCM 14.5” Carbine, SLR 7 adjustable gas block and Surefire muzzle brake and my 16” PSA with the same gas block and a VG6 Epsilon both shoot about as flat as a carbine will, you can mag dump at 25 yards and keep every shot in the A zone without much effort, his rifle shoots flatter and you feel zero thump in the shoulder, it is amazing.

I found this on AR15.com about the device you linked.

Please let us know if you get one, what weight buffer you go with and how it works out, for half the price I’d consider getting one to play with.

I'd go with JP if I was going to do a captured spring. They are proven.

Geissele Super 42 is a great option

I want like five more
