Might be interested in having an upper/lower/rail done in a multicam pattern and was wondering if anyone on the forum does it on the side or something. There was a guy on the other forum that did some good work but I'm not sure if he made the move to CFF.

Just wondering if I can avoid the turnaround time of some of the bigger names on Instagram but it's definitely still an option.

That was ARguy on that other forum. He did a Remington 870 Police Magnum for me. He does excellent work and I recommend him highly.

I'd like to find someone that does Cerakote or Durawhatever too. It's difficult to trust someone to do it properly, prepping the surface with the correct media, cleaning, etc. So to me, word of mouth and personal recommendations are better than seeing someone's portfolio. And seeing a piece that was done years ago and still holding up is important to me, especially for a daily carry. Same day service is also important if you have only one carry weapon.

Jake at Windy Hill in Elkin. Good work at a fair price. Turns his work fairly quick too.

Just dropped off an old shotgun there. Jake’s a pretty good guy in my opinion from other times I’ve delt with him. We’ll see how the cerakote goes. Good luck op.

So how much are you willing to pay for an ongoing business to stop all other work in progress so that they can completely disassemble, clean, prep, coat, reassemble and function check your weapon all in the same day? I'm just curious....

Nice.

Obviously I'd bring a disassembled, ready-to-go part.

Now, go away.

What is average turn around for a lower, upper, rail, optic mount and possibly buffer tube? Just curious, honestly. On an AR15 pattern rifle

I am considering a new rifle getting koted before assembly.

Is @ARGuy here?

I think you can probably forget about getting same day service. Unless you're willing to pay big bucks for it.

I'm also looking for a trusted shop in Horry County area. I'd like to get a Remington R1 Enhanced refinished.
