looking for a part for an '05 Pilot and wondered if anybody here worked at a yard that might be able to snag it for me...

update: went ahead and bought it from local dealer

Trim piece for the roof rack. Passenger side rear. Looks like 2003-2008 is interchangeable.

I figured it was going to be overpriced at a dealer, but I may be wrong. Started searching after I posted that and it looks like MSRP may be ~$6. But...I'd prefer not to have one shiny corner on her car.

I'll probably call the local dealer in the morning to see what their price is and if they have one, but I'd take one from a salvage yard just as quick.

Not 100% sure, but I think the part number is:
75278-S9V-A10

LKQ had an '06 on the lot according to their online inventory...and the pic showed a roof rack.

However, I opted to just order it new from the dealer for a couple reasons:
1. LKQ charges admission (I knew this was the case, but have never been to one and don't see the amount online)
2. LKQ has a "absolutely no weapons" policy according to their website
3. Dealer is 4 miles away, while LKQ is 12
4. Dealer said $6.05, and it'll be here Tuesday

Not sure what LKQ would've charged for the piece, but I'd guess a gallon of gas (for the extra 16 miles) and admission would come close to $6, if not more. :D
