Just got a new unit and am having problems getting the unit to trigger with my G34 and PC9.

I can get the G34 to do it if I have the muzzle all but behind the unit. This is already getting powder on the front of it.

Can’t get the PC9 to trigger it at all.

If I go into Doppler mode, everything is getting picked up. Manual says I shouldn’t have to do this.

Sensitivity is set o1 and the velocity range is set for hand gun.

Haven’t had an opportunity to test it with long guns yet.

Any actual experience you can share will be appreciated.

Thanks

I have been using mine since the beginning and have no trouble. I would call them....they are very good at helping.

Update, sent the unit back. The packing around the internal microphones was “excessive” according to Tom and Richard at TCK. They fixed it up and I had it back within a week of sending it out.

Test fired a run of the mill AR across it this evening and no issues triggering the unit as advertised up to 18 inches.

Excited for a range day tomorrow!!!

Do you have the Bluetooth app for a smart phone? It is very useful but it could be better. I am hoping Labradar hires some real app developers soon and come out with something as useful or equivalent to the Digital Link for the CED devices. The Digital Link App is the bomb!

Yeah, it’s not developed

I agree, lots of opportunities for improvement. Seems to be most useful for arming without having to touch the unit. I prefer using the sd card to download it to excel

The app right now is simply a remote control, but with a much better user interface than the front panel.
