Happy to be here
Looking for a budget conscious archery target. I would like it to be able to handle the load from a 55lb bow and last a long time. Suggestions appreciated.
Build your own with old jeans and clothing scraps?

Foam insulation board turned on its side and banded together.
Better? I think not.cardboard (on edge) works better and isn't as messy.....
I have tried a few DIY and most seem to be crazy hard to get the arrows out. I'd buy a commercial one.
Clothing bag targets are far and away the easiest to pull. If you are reasonably handy and want a smaller version check this out.
