One of my favorite parts of this story is that it isn't just one guy with a gun defending himself. There were multiple civilians who jumped into the fight. Evil will always exist on this side of Heaven, the only thing that really stands in its way is more "good" people who are willing to make the paths of evil more difficult.

And as far as a pastor carrying a firearm...Violence is never the first answer, but it is always on the list.
