Isn't that entrapment?
Entrapment would be approaching someone who was not trying to sell a gun and enticing them to sell it. If I list a gun for sale online then an officer can contact me and attempt to buy it illegally since I initiated the sale by listing the firearm. If I posted a pic of a gun online just to show it off, it would be entrapment for an officer to contact me with an offer to buy it illegally since I did not initiate the sale. That's my understanding.

I'm pretty sure entrapment is a media construct. But that SKS is definitely an Assault Rifle - or at least an Affront Rifle.

He states in the ad that a tax stamp would be needed to do that...
He's changed it. It used to say no tax stamp.

^^ I wondered which one of you clowns did this.

Pretty rare gun. Worth every penny!

And, for when you buy it, I just happen to have and even rarer Randall stainless magazine to go with it. For the low low price of one MILLION dollars.
If you're interested in making some money I have a couple of Randall magazines that I can sell for half your asking price. Not every day you get a chance to double your money.

Once my mag sells I'll pick those up with the quickness!
