I guess he has never heard of the FBI.Dettelbach said that as the the only federal law enforcement agency to solely deal with violent crime, "if you're really concerned about violent crime in the United States, this agency is way, way, way too small" with 5,000 people total.
Maybe instead of trying to trace guns he should concentrate on the hands that point the guns and the fingers that pull the triggers. And not ask us to give up more rights just to make his job easier.
