Article: ELR shooter Lindsey Paul sets new world record

As near as I can tell, this record requires one "cold bore" shot, followed by two more to hit within a 36" x 36" square. My understanding is that three shots are required to reduce the pure-luck factor. No warmup or "sighters" are allowed. Most long range competition allows several sighters to allow the competitors to compensate for the effect of temperature, barometric pressure, wind direction, gopher farts, etc.
I have yet to see what is required for the first shot to qualify as "cold bore".
