Watched a guy walk all janky like across New Bern ave today through the cars stopped at the traffic light. To me he stood out as a problem.
He was acting physically odd but his head and eyes kept sweeping and looked like they were busy scanning the cars for a victim. I watched him till he was out of the intersection and moving away from the road somewhat and disappeared from my peripheral vision so stood down.
I never ignore gut reactions to odd stuff, even if its just a bad read. Guess I'd rather have false positives than false negatives.
