Ate Too Much!

I usually indulge on the holidays... today was no different. Oh man.....

I’ve been good lately of not bringing on a food coma as there are few things more uncomfortable in life.

I did however watch the Nathan’s hotdog eating contest—that made me almost puke!!!

Cheesecake is my weakness, that looks fantastic!

Didnt over indulge, but got nice and full on burgers, brats, cobbler!

I smoked 4 full racks of ribs, about 6 lbs. Another 6 lbs of pork belly and about 4lbs of wings. Add to that the side dishes and yeah, way too much. Then add to that the bourbon.....

Glad I'm off until Monday.

I had one hotdog with chili on a piece of white bread and a Arby’s Roast Beef Sandwich. I can’t eat like I use too. I wanted some watermelon, but the several stands I went to everyone had picked them too soon and they would have had no flavor to me. I love the 4th of July and didn’t even shoot ant fireworks this year.

One of the Aunts showed up with a loaf of nanner bread. Since we were expecting a crowd, I cut a piece and ate it right then...then cut a bigger hunk and hid it when noone was lookin lol

That pork belly was incredible.

I had some spaghetti casserole, a bit of potato salad, and a piece of chocolate cake, then for dessert I had a piece of carrot cake. Lots of water to wash it down. Felt pretty good! I've now lost 44 pounds.
