I am looking for suggestions as to what gaps in the menu need filling. We (my wife) can and will cook whatever.. Vegetables, more meat, more dessert?

Thoughts?
 
@Johnny just bring whatever you want. I'm sure that it will be eaten.

And, it's just a rumor that @Brangus is going to bring some of the pigs and chickens that were drowned in the flood. I don't know who started that one.

My neighbors lost a bunch of cattle, chickens, pigs and a few goats and donkeys, so ya got me thinking about a crock pot stew now, if I can fight the turkey buzzards off em' now.

Yes, and we hope to have a taxidermist on hand to mount the trophy skeeters that you harvest. Boone & Crockett along with Pope & Young will have representatives on hand for scoring.

Well, since I won't be able to attend :(. There is a 'nanner pudding gap.
 
What's the word on cooking facilities? Is there anything there to cook with or should we bring premade stuff?

Also, do we have an idea of the headcohead?


Still trying to figure out what i am doing. I have the grill and cooktop in the RV but it's not built for cooking big meals.

Two large cookers will be on site. As far as people, I'm guessing 50-ish.
 
I’ll bring a couple cases of water and a Boston butt or two. And some skeeter spray, and a couple thermacells
 
Lost Power at 5:00 YESTERDAY. Duke Energy can't even give me a GUSS when they can have someone check the problem, much less fix it. Damn hurricane Michael.
