Hey lemme get a backbite o dat!!!

Details man, details

Two whole chickens. Rinse em off and coat em w veg oil. Then I “liberally” covered it in this stuff, poured 1/3 of a can of Yeungling out of each beer can and shoved the can in each chickens cavity.

Cooked on the grill at 400 for 90ish minutes until the internal temperature was 160.

I’ve done these before w the “Beer Can Chicken” spice but decided to try the Creole this time instead.

They were SUPER juicy and very flavorful.

Try spatchcocking the chickens sometime. They cook faster and evenly. I don't miss beer canning them anymore. And great choice of seasoning!

Absolutely. I just upgraded my kitchen shears and can cut the backbone out in about 30 seconds now. Once I stopped hacking through chickens with knives and got the new shears I am all in.
