I'm 46. I commute two hours a day. I would like something to exercise with while I watch some TV in the evening. Plus I think it will help me sleep at night. I like the looks of the bowflex trainers. Seems like a comprehensive workout in a relatively small package. I know what they cost, so I'm prepared for that.
