I'm sure we're all familiar with the structures made by mud daubers. It's pretty crafty for an insect. They usually look like this, horizontal or vertical:

Then there's this dude at work. I watched him while having a smoke. Every time he comes back he blobs the mud on a new spot, no rhyme or reason.



Brain malfunction? Or is he just trying to fit in with the rest of the incompetent employees here?
