I understand that there is different buffers for different types of rifles, carbines and pistol ARs.
The questions that I am not sure about is how you pick the right buffer with the platform you are using? And lets say, you are building an AR pistol in 300 BO, where would you start with a brace as far as weight and who's buffer would you be looking at?
I just ordered a buffer tube, spring and buffer from Brownells. it was a set.
