Bulls Island Surf

Anchored between Bulls and Capers, walked to fish the surf. Caught a few red fish and whiting on frozen finger mullet. Went an hour after low. Weather was awesome and water was still warm but not bath tub hot. Only pic I have was from the ride in.

I like fishing up that way since there are less people, especially now. Plus having the no wake zones removed from behind IOP makes for a faster trip from Goldbug.

Ive been fishing 3 times in the last three years. When I quit chartering I sold 99.9% of everything I had.

I have 3 rods now and no tackle at all.......

I bet you are glad to be out. I really don't know how the guides who have been around a while do it now. Every Johnny Ohio (literally) is becoming a guide. Kind of like everyone is a realestate agent around here now.
