Anyone going to the C&E gun show this weekend in Fayetteville? I’m planning on going Saturday morning.

i might stop in. i'm trying to decide if i want to be there at the start before i go pick up my wife from the airport, or go in the afternoon when she's relaxing after her trip

This show was garbage. Not worth the $10 entrance fee. Would not recommend anyone go unless they like paying a 50% premium just the privilege of actually buying something.
sad that this is the case.
i wound up being lazy around the house until about 4 and then crammed in 3.5 hours of work outside until it got too dark, so i didn't make it.
I was planning to go tomorrow.
Still, i've spent more money on dumber things...

You may still enjoy it. I have blown $10 on a lot worse myself also. There were a lot less tables than normal. I always enjoy looking at the Old colt and S&W revolvers. Saw a few nice ones as well as looked at some of the vortex scopes they had. The guy at the table told me he would match online prices on them. You may have vendors that are more willing to drop prices due to lower foot traffic.

Everyone used to worry about gun shows disappearing due to government regulations but they are doing quite well disappearing on their own. It might be time to change the name to "Craft and Outdoor Shows" or something.

In Fayetteville and 50 miles around, there’s 8 or 9 gun stores and a slew of pawn shops that sell used guns. We have a 7 day a week gun show here.

I go to the Fayetteville show on the happenstance that Rivermist isn’t playing and I’ve absolutely nothing else to do on a Saturday or Sunday after church.
